Three questions: * Are they smart? * Have a casual conversation with them. * Do they know things? * Can they explain things clearly? * Are they curious? * Do they learn? * Can they get stuff done? * Ask what they have done. * Request a code sample and a demo. * Can you work with them? * Hang out with them a bit. * Ask them to do part of the job. * Most programmers don’t mind as long as they can opensource the result.
煽動言詞的內在本質
讓他從國家主義幻夢中醒來的契機，是比金一場煽動性的演講，在演講中意外造成的誤會。「供應武器」變成「幹」，這看來無關緊要，祇具有鬧劇效果的差錯，卻直接地幫歐茲揭露了聳動性言詞的本質。
重點好像應該是這一句話。不過我想到的卻是去年（吧）以色列建國五十週年在北美館的攝影展。

若以蔡國強在當前國際藝術界竄升的地位與作品受肯定的程度而言，一波波的強力宣傳原本無可厚非，但若拋開對藝術家創作作品本身的評價與探討外，「蔡國強現象」倒是一個「爆破」當前諸多藝術文化與商業交易糾結點的良機。
